The ruling
The tenancy was terminated effective May 31, 2022. The Tenant is ordered to pay $3,269.21 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay by October 2, 2022, interest will start accruing at 3.00% annually.
