What happened

The Landlord's L1 Application is discontinued, and the Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenants pay the rent for the months of March 2020 to February 2021 in full and on the first of each month. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments as required, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
