What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 20, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $777.09 in rent arrears and $25.59 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 10, 2020 until the date they move out. If the full amount is not paid by September 20, 2020, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
