What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2020 when the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlords $20,816.58 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $190 in application fees. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 20, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
