What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $28.12 in rent arrears and NSF charges, less the rent deposit and interest, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 8, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
