The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $3,682.21 for use of the unit from January 1 to April 26, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed. The Tenant must also pay $43.68 per day from April 27, 2021 until the date the Tenant vacates, as well as the $186 application fee.
