The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $16,189.56 to void the order and continue the tenancy by December 17, 2022. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $7,454.59, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay daily compensation of $62.50 per day starting September 15, 2022 until they move out.
