What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant was in possession of the rental unit when the application was filed.

The ruling

The Tenant's request for a repayment plan is granted. The Tenant shall pay the arrears and costs of $8,501 in installments by June 23, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
