What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants' employment as superintendents has ended.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 13, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 13, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord the $186.00 filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 13, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $32.88 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from September 3, 2021 until the date they move out.
