What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective September 25, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $23,936.56 plus $115.07 per day starting September 15, 2020 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by September 25, 2020, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
