What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on February 14, 2020 with respect to application SOL-10644-19. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order issued on August 4, 2020, but they did not attend the hearing on August 26, 2020.

The motion to set aside Order SOL-14033-20, issued on August 4, 2020, is denied. The stay of order SOL-14033-20 is lifted immediately.
