What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 16, 2021. The Tenants must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $25.00 for NSF cheque charges. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $26.10 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 6, 2021 until the date they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by February 16, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
