What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $9,393.00 by November 28, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 28, 2022, and pay $8,349.05 plus $40.18 per day from November 9, 2022, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 29, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
