What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants had not paid rent since March 2020.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 14, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $23,008.46, plus $75.62 per day starting February 4, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 14, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
