What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated based on the agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 29, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting January 30, 2022.
