The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $2,265.59 in rent arrears and $201.00 in application fees, for a total of $2,466.59, by March 31, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
