What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,836 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $69.04 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
