What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (EAL-94814-21) issued on August 3, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay $200.00 arrears and $1287.77 rent by February 1, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 14, 2022. The Tenant must pay $9,147.86 to the Landlord, plus $42.34 per day from March 4, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 14, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 15, 2022.
