The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,819.80, less any amount paid after the application was filed, plus $45.53 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 5, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by February 15, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
