What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 18, 2022. The Tenant must pay $9,569.67 to the Landlord, representing rent owing up to January 7, 2022, less the rent deposit and interest. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $59.15 per day from January 8, 2022 until vacating the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 18, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may enforce eviction through the Court Enforcement Office.
