The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 15, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,800.71, which includes rent arrears and daily compensation up to September 15, 2022, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit, plus the application filing cost. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 4, 2022, they will owe simple interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
