What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts by the given dates. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by September 30, 2022, and pay $4,843.96 plus $59.90 per day from August 1, 2022, until move-out. The eviction can be enforced starting October 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
