The tenancy was terminated effective January 17, 2020, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay $2,736.38 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of filing the application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 11, 2021, they will owe 3% annual interest on the outstanding balance.
