What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.
The ruling
The Landlord is granted a 12-month conditional order. The Tenant must not seriously impair the safety of others and must maintain control and leash their dog at all times. The Tenant must pay the $186 application filing fee by June 30, 2021, or they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
