The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $7,267.62 by January 29, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by January 29, 2023, and pay $4,813.15 plus $44.65 per day from January 6, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 30, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
