What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 3, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,861.48 plus $37.18 per day starting July 24, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 3, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
