What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 8, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $866.89, plus $37.41 per day starting May 29, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 8, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
