What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 20, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,474.98 plus $55.78 per day starting September 10, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by September 20, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
