What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,951.76 plus $55.78 per day from September 1, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by September 28, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
