What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $10,252.90 by July 22, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by July 22, 2022 and pay the Landlord $6,657.16, plus daily compensation of $41.56 from July 5, 2022 until move-out.
