The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of December 31, 2020, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,550.00 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the application filing cost. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
