What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Tenant vacated the rental unit on September 30, 2020, prior to the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,626.24 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 29, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
