What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenant did not meet the conditions of the previous order to pay rent arrears and current rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 9, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,868.51 plus $51.27 per day starting March 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 9, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
