What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant seriously impairing the safety of another resident, and Tenant wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 27, 2020. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 27, 2020, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
