The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,880.58 by January 30, 2023, which includes rent arrears up to January 19, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not vacate by January 30, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
