The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 6, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $6,054.90, which includes rent arrears up to the termination date and the cost of filing the application, less the rent deposit. The tenant must also pay $39.29 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 27, 2021 until the tenant moves out. If the full amount is not paid by September 6, 2021, the tenant will owe interest and the landlord can file the order for enforcement.
