What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The application was resolved by an ex parte order issued on March 11, 2020. The Tenant later filed a motion to set aside the order, but the parties reached a mutual agreement to extend the tenancy, and the Tenant requested to withdraw the motion.

The ruling

The hearing scheduled on September 23, 2020 is cancelled. The consent is given to withdraw the motion to set aside order CEL-94525-20 issued on March 11, 2020. Order CEL-94525-20 issued on March 11, 2020 remains in effect, and the stay of the order is lifted immediately.
