The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $2,846.00 on or before October 31, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by October 31, 2022, and pay $475.56 plus $38.79 per day from September 27, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting November 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
