What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent for June 2020. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by August 24, 2020. The Landlord or Tenants shall pay any amounts owed to the other as a result of this order. If the unit is not vacated by August 24, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
