What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.
The ruling
The motion to set aside the eviction order is granted. The Tenants shall pay the full monthly rent for October 2020 by October 7, 2020 and the full monthly rent on the first of each month for 24 months from November 2020 to October 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any of these payments, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
