What happened

The ruling

The previous order CEL-97810-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by September 4, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,300.75, plus $45.77 per day starting August 25, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
