The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 18, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,377.30, which represents the rent owing up to February 7, 2022 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant shall also pay $30.94 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting February 8, 2022 until the Tenant moves out.
