What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on July 10, 2022 unless the Tenant pays $2,546.64 by June 30, 2022 or $3,726.90 by July 10, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by July 10, 2022 and pay the Landlord $1,258.78 plus daily compensation of $38.80 per day starting June 24, 2022.
