The ruling
The previous order NOL-42613-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,185.93 plus $26.30 per day starting September 18, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
