The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective February 29, 2020, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay $1,273.61 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and compensation up to the move-out date, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant is also ordered to pay $190 for the cost of filing the application.
