What happened

The ruling
The order sets out that the Tenant shall pay the Landlords the amount of $179.00, which represents the remaining portion of the application filing fee to be paid. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by February 9, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
