What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant had not paid the full rent from November 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, and the Landlord served a valid Notice of Termination. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 13, 2020 unless the Tenant pays $3,081.59 to void the order. The Tenant must pay $1,986.82 to the Landlord, plus $42.54 per day starting September 3, 2020 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 13, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
