What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenants have been late with rent payments 12 out of the past 12 months.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay rent on time each month from May 2021 to April 2022. If they fail to do so, the Landlord may apply for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants. The Tenants must also pay the $190 application fee.
