What happened

The ruling
The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $9,534.47, which includes $9,348.47 for rent owing and compensation up to August 7, 2021, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 11, 2022, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance from February 12, 2022.
