The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 28, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,621.41, plus $92.05 per day from January 15, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 28, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
